This course aims to provide a basic understanding of law and the legal system in which a business or company operates. Topics of the course include Introduction to Law; Law of Contract; Introduction to Bangladesh Court Hierarchy and Commercial Dispute Resolution (CDR); An Overview of Company Law; Introduction to Employment and Labor Law; Banking Law; Sale of Goods Act 1930; and Law of Partnership and Negotiable Instruments.
